1. Who can use the website
   You must be of legal age.

2. Who can use the tour or course services
   You must be of legal age, a lover of nature, the outdoors, water, the sound of the wind, and able to enjoy sailing trips without playing music or artificial sounds.

   • Minors: they may use the services or be companions only with their parents, legal guardians, or with relatives or friends of legal age with a letter of authorization from those responsible for the minor. Keep in mind that each minor counts as a companion and that you must take care of them at all times. We do not offer childcare services.

   • Babies: we do not recommend bringing babies as companions. If you wish to do so, it is your responsibility to take care of it and put a suitable life jacket on it; We do not have baby vests or daycare service.

   • Pets: it is not allowed to bring a pet to sail, nor do we have a daycare service on land nor can you leave it with a visitor, since by regulation only pets of corporate members are allowed in the facilities.

3. Certification
   The courses and tours offered are recreational, informal, therefore, we do not generate certifications.

4. Main commercial terms offered to clients
   Once you contact us to express interest in any of our products or services, we will respond indicating the method of payment of the advance payment and the remaining balance at the time of receiving the service. Before approaching the pregnancy, you must sign an informed consent and a release of liability, as well as a commitment that you will respect safety regulations and that you will refrain from playing music or artificial sounds through speakers, headphones or similar during the entire session in the which the service is provided, to present yourself in a lucid, unaltered state, and not to consume hallucinogenic substances, alcohol, or vaped or tobacco products. Breaking any of these co-commitments entitles Veleriar to cancel the service without the right to refunds.

5. Payment methods
   At the moment we do not accept credit cards. Cash is preferred and, when not possible, bank transfer. For international clients, the advance payment can be made through PayPal.

6. Reservation of the right to modify offers
   Our offers, where any, may be suspended or adjusted at any time, without prior notice. If you had already reserved a date and canceled the respective advance payment for a service with an offer, we will maintain this as long as you do not reschedule it to postpone it for more than a month.

7. Guarantees and responsibility for services and products
   In the unlikely event that on the agreed day there is not enough wind to propel the sailboat for more than a third of the agreed time, or that due to a technical failure it is not possible to complete the service, you will have the right to a new session to be rescheduled, according to availability. , within the following three months. In such cases, the costs you incur for transportation to the agreed site will be your responsibility, as it is a force majeure situation that is beyond our control.

8. Intellectual property, copyright and logos
   Veleriar reserves the rights to the design of its website, texts and logos.

9. Right to suspend or cancel an account or membership
   You can ask us to delete your data from our databases at any time, as well as delete your subscriptions and memberships, without penalty. Veleriar, for its part, reserves the right to unilaterally delete your account or membership, if any, and your data from our database.

10. Compensation
    If you cannot attend a scheduled session, you must reschedule it at least three days in advance, otherwise, your advance payment will not be returned or recognized for future transactions. If you do not cancel or reschedule within this period, the entire service will be charged to your name, and you will only be able to reserve new services once you pay off said debt.
    If, for any reason, Veleriar cannot meet the agreed date for a service, you will be notified at least one day in advance, and you will be able to reschedule it at no additional cost in the following six months, depending on availability. In the event that we cancel less than 24 hours in advance, you will have the right to reschedule in the following six months, subject to availability, with a discount of 30% of the initially agreed value.

11. Limitation of liability
    Before using our services, the safety regulations will be explained to you and you will be given a loan of a life jacket, which you agree to use at all times during navigation. Veleriar is not responsible for the effect due to misuse of the vest, for your failure to apply the safety regulations or for accidents or unforeseen events that may occur during the provision of the service.

12. Image
    Consult our Privacy Policy to learn about the handling that could be given to your image, captured when using our services, for eventual publication on our social networks and website.

13. Right to change and modify the Terms and Conditions
    Veleriar reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice, informing it through our newsletter.

14. Preference of law and dispute resolution
    Applicable laws will be used to resolve conflicts.
